LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Thursday, January 6, 2022, at 2:34 p.m., Officer Michael Hein responded to Home Depot in reference to a shoplifter who fled in a vehicle. The vehicle was later located on Harzold Street and the driver was placed under arrest. Erin Royer, 38, was charged with Shoplifting and found to have two outstanding warrants issued by the Toms River and Seaside Heights Municipal Courts. She was lodged in the Ocean County Correctional Facility in accordance with bail reform.
