Lost dog found near Noyes and Stark streets in Utica

UTICA, N.Y. — A black and white mixed-breed dog was found near the intersection of Noyes Street and Stark Street on Thursday night, according to the Utica Police Department.

Authorities are seeking the owner or anyone with information about the dog’s identity.

“If you are missing this dog or know who the owner may be, please contact the Utica Police Department at 315-223-3461,” the department stated in a Facebook post.

The dog is currently in the care of local authorities as they work to locate its owner.

Police urge anyone with knowledge of the situation to reach out as they attempt to reunite the pet with its rightful home.
