$34K TAKE 5 top-prize ticket sold in Saint Albans

SAINT ALBANS, NY — A TAKE 5 player is celebrating a big win after purchasing a top-prize ticket worth $34,362 for the May 10 evening drawing, according to the New York Lottery.

The winning ticket was sold at Linden Convenience, located at 189-07 Linden Boulevard in Saint Albans, Queens. The retailer becomes the latest in the state to sell a top-prize TAKE 5 ticket.

TAKE 5 numbers are drawn twice daily from a pool of one through 39—once at 2:30 p.m. and again at 10:30 p.m. Winners have up to one year from the drawing date to claim their prize.
