The New York Lottery announced the top-prize-winning ticket was sold at Tops Markets, located at 1936 U.S. Route 6 in Carmel.

The winning ticket is worth $18,394 from the Saturday, July 25, TAKE 5 midday drawing.

Lottery officials have not announced whether the prize has been claimed.

TAKE 5 drawings are held twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Winners have up to one year from the drawing date to claim their prize.
