The winning ticket was sold at Sidney Arco, located at 2598 Wapakoneta Avenue. The winner opted for the $50,000 payout, which will total $36,000 after 28% in federal and state tax withholdings.

VIP Millions is a $50 scratch-off game that features a top prize of $40,000 per year for 25 years. As of September 18, there are still 26 top prizes remaining in circulation, according to lottery officials.

The Ohio Lottery has contributed more than $33 billion to education across the state since 1974. Players must claim prizes within 180 days of the draw or purchase date, depending on the type of ticket.

The identity of the Sidney winner has not been released.
