Man and Woman Injured in D.C. Shooting

Washington, D.C. – Police in Northwest D.C. are investigating a shooting that left two injured on Friday evening.

At 6:41 p.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 3800 block of Georgia Avenue. Upon arrival, they found a man and a woman suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to local hospitals for treatment.

The suspect vehicle was captured on surveillance cameras.

Anyone identifying the vehicle or having information about the incident should take no action but contact the police at (202) 727-9099 or text a tip to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. The Metropolitan Police Department offers a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction related to a violent crime in the District of Columbia.
