Man Arrested After Brandishing Firearm in Manassas

Manassas, VA – Officers responded to a report of brandishing at the Westgate Apartments on Pointer Lane at 9:52 p.m. on Sunday.

The incident involved a verbal altercation between a 33-year-old man and Randall Scott Tiemann II, which escalated into a physical confrontation. Tiemann brandished a firearm toward the victim before the parties separated and police were contacted. No injuries were reported, and no shots were fired.

Randall Scott Tiemann II, 32, of Alexandria, was arrested and charged with attempted malicious wounding, brandishing a firearm, and carrying a concealed weapon. He is being held without bond, with a court date set for June 28.
