Man arrested for trespassing at Cambridge Wawa found with multiple warrants

CAMBRIDGE, MD – A 52-year-old man with no fixed address was taken into custody Sunday afternoon after refusing to leave a Wawa store where he had previously been banned, police said.

On September 28 at about 2:30 p.m., Cambridge Police responded to the convenience store for a report of trespassing. Officers were given the name Timothy Roberts along with a clothing description before arriving at the scene.

When they reached the store, officers found Roberts still on the property and placed him under arrest. During processing, police discovered he was wanted on multiple bench warrants issued by the Dorchester County Circuit Court for failure to appear.

Roberts was charged with trespassing on private property and turned over to the Dorchester County Department of Corrections, where he was held without bond.
