Man Arrested on Warrant at Market Street Square

Wilkes-Barre, PA – A man was arrested at Market Street Square following an investigation by local authorities.

On Tuesday at 10:59 a.m., officers on patrol observed a man, identified as Jason Zabicki, 37, consuming an alcoholic beverage in the area of Market Street Square. During the investigation, officers discovered that Zabicki had an active arrest warrant issued by the Luzerne County Sheriff’s Office.

Zabicki was taken into custody and transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility following the discovery.
