WASHINGTON, DC – A 36-year-old man was arrested in Southeast Washington, D.C., for exposing himself and issuing threats.
Detectives from the Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department apprehended Christopher Garner of Northwest, D.C., on Wednesday afternoon.
Garner was sitting in his car in the 800 block of D Street in Southeast, D.C. at approximately 1:18 p.m. when he exposed himself to an adult female. He also threatened an adult male present at the scene.
Garner was arrested by responding officers and has been charged with Indecent, Lewd, and Obscene Acts and Threats to do Bodily Harm.
