Man Charged with Strangulation Assault in Columbia

COLUMBIA, PA – Jonathan Junior Quinones, a 31-year-old resident of Columbia, faces charges of strangulation, simple assault, and criminal mischief.

The incident occurred last Friday at approximately 9:24 pm in the 100 block of South 4th Street.

An officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges based on the incident. The specific details surrounding the charges have not been disclosed.
