Man critically wounded in South Baltimore shooting

Police are investigating after a 30-year-old man was found wounded in an overnight shooting and rushed to a hospital in critical but stable condition.

BALTIMORE, Md. — A 30-year-old man is in critical but stable condition after being shot early Wednesday in South Baltimore, according to Baltimore Police.

Officers responded at approximately 3:15 a.m. on July 1 to the 3800 block of Pascal Avenue for a report of a shooting.

When officers arrived, they found the victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

Medics transported the man to an area hospital, where he remains in critical but stable condition.

Southern District detectives are investigating the shooting.

Police have not announced any arrests or released information about a possible suspect.
