Man shot and killed on Callender Street in South Baltimore
BALTIMORE, MD — A man is dead after being shot multiple times in broad daylight Wednesday afternoon in the city’s Southern District, according to Baltimore Police.
At approximately 4:15 p.m. on October 15, officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Callender Street following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they discovered an unidentified male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. Medics responded and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The victim’s identity has not yet been released, and police have not confirmed whether any suspects have been identified. Investigators have not indicated a possible motive in the fatal shooting.
