Man Injured in Construction Crane Accident on Parkway

BRICK-The New Jersey State Police today confirmed one man was injured when the crane he was operating on the Garden State Parkway near mile marker 91 toppled over.

Sgt. Jeffery Flynn said the man was ejected from the crane which fell over an embankment.

The man was sent to Jersey Shore Medical Center’s trauma unit with serious injuries, via helicopter.

The New Jersey State Police is continuing their investigation into this incident.
