Man shot multiple times found dead in South Baltimore

29-year-old man shot dead on Manokin Street in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD – Police are investigating a deadly shooting in South Baltimore after officers found a 29-year-old man fatally wounded late Monday morning.

At approximately 11:33 a.m. on August 18, officers responded to the 2700 block of Manokin Street for a report of an unresponsive individual. When they arrived, they discovered the man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.

The Baltimore Police Department’s Homicide Unit has taken over the investigation. Detectives are urging anyone with information to call 410-396-2100. Anonymous tips can also be submitted through Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP or online at the MCS website.
