BALTIMORE – On March 26, 2021, at approximately 9:09 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Rutland Avenue to investigate a “Shot Spotter Alert” of gunfire. Officers responded to the area and learned that a male and female sustained gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to area hospitals for treatment.
