Manhattan store sells winning Take 5 ticket

MANHATTAN, N.Y. — A winning ticket for the New York Lottery’s Take 5 Midday drawing was sold in Manhattan, earning the lucky ticket holder a top prize of $17,685.

The ticket was purchased at Kishor Mehta, located at 1095 6th Ave. in Midtown. The prize-winning numbers were drawn on Monday afternoon in the Take 5 Midday drawing, which occurs daily at 2:30 p.m.

Take 5 numbers are selected from a pool of one through 39. The game also offers a second drawing each night at 10:30 p.m., giving players two chances daily to win.

New York Lottery winners have up to one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize at any authorized location or by contacting the Lottery’s customer service.
