Martin County, FL – 27-year old Bryan Jose Velez-Arroyo of Ft. Pierce sold 57-grams of cocaine somewhere between Exit 101 and Exit 133. When four MCSO Special Investigations Detectives pulled up on Arroyo, they found a diaper bag inside his rental car containing the $3,000 he just received from the sale of the drugs. Bryan Arroyo was taken to the Martin County Jail charged with Trafficking in cocaine. His bond is $210,000.
