Maryland woman killed in Rehoboth Beach e bike crash is identified

A 66-year-old Potomac woman died after a late morning e-bike crash in Rehoboth Beach, according to Delaware State Police.

Rehoboth Beach, Del. — A Maryland woman who died in a fatal e-bike crash in Rehoboth Beach over the weekend has been identified as 66-year-old Stephanie Lewis of Potomac, Delaware State Police said Monday.

Lewis was killed in the crash late Saturday morning, according to an update from the Delaware State Police.

Investigators have not released additional details about the circumstances leading up to the collision.

The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate the crash and is asking anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.
