EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ – Mary’s Mobile Diner is bringing over forty years of experience to your next backyard party, baby shower, wedding, birthday, or business function. The new concept was announced this week by Mary Hilbert, the “Mary” of Mary’s Mobile Diner.
Hilbert is partnering with her executive chef Valeen Wills to bring their food truck services on the road for private functions this year.
Mary and Valeen have over 40 years of combined experience in the catering and food business. Together, they now offer full-service off-premise catering for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, business luncheons, fundraisers, and more. The new catering company will service South Jersey, Philadelphia, nearby suburbs, and the Jersey shore.
“I have catered small events over the years with my food truck, but now I can cater large events with Valeen,” Mary explained. “She is the perfect partner for this new catering business.”
Wills brings over 20 years of experience as a private chef and running banquet catering operations at local country clubs. She has also been a culinary arts instructor and restaurant consultant for the past five years.
“Mary and I work together so well,” Wills said. “We’re both strong, passionate women and together we are unstoppable. Family is so important to us. We will be successful because we treat our customers like family, too. You will feel the love with our catering.”
With Mary’s Mobile Catering, Hilbert and Wills provide a wide range of catering services for different indoor and outdoor social and corporate events, from dinner parties and backyard BBQs to full banquet hall affairs like weddings, family reunions, and more.
