Masked Group Attacks West Philadelphia Apartment Complex

Philadelphia, PA – The police are investigating a vandalism at the Olympic Tower Apartments located in the Walnut Hill section of West Philadelphia. In the late hours of Saturday, ten individuals, most wearing masks and all black clothing, broke the first-floor windows of the complex and threw glass bottles filled with purple paint on the front exterior resulting in an estimated $100,000 worth of damage. No injuries were reported.

Authorities urge the public not to approach the suspects but to contact 911 immediately if they are spotted. Tips can also be submitted by calling 215.686.TIPS (8477), texting a tip to the same number, or by using an electronic form available on the Philadelphia Police Department website. All information provided will be kept confidential.
