Delaware State Police arrested 36-year-old Maurice Finney of Milford, Delaware, for his fifth DUI offense along with other traffic violations.

Further investigation revealed that Finney had four prior convictions for DUI-related offenses. Subsequently, he was taken to Troop 7.

Finney faced charges including a fifth-offense DUI felony, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and speeding. He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 3, and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution with a $6,101 cash bond.
