Suha B. bought the winning ticket at S & S Minimart LLC, located in West Haven, and claimed her prize on Wednesday. Sparkling 7s is a $5 scratch game that offers top prizes of $17,777.

The Connecticut Lottery reminds all players to sign the back of their tickets and store them in a secure location. All prizes must be claimed within 180 calendar days from the announced end date of the game.
