PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ — A comprehensive search operation for a 60-year-old woman who vanished in Ringwood State Park came to a positive end when she was found safe.

The woman, who embarked on a solo hiking trip, was reported missing yesterday, sparking a large-scale search effort by local law enforcement and rescue teams.

The teams scoured the park’s expansive trails and rugged terrain using various resources, including aerial support. The hiker had lost her way amidst the park’s dense forestation but remained unharmed. Her discovery brought relief to the community and her anxious family members.
