Queens, NY – The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying two suspects wanted in connection with the robbery of a teenage girl in Queens earlier this month.

According to investigators, the incident occurred at approximately 4:25 p.m. on Friday, July 10, in front of 154-21 Cross Island Parkway.

Police said a 15-year-old girl was approached by two unidentified men riding a moped.

Investigators allege one of the suspects forcibly removed a necklace valued at approximately $100 from around the victim’s neck before the pair fled the area on the moped.

The victim did not suffer any reported physical injuries during the robbery.

NYPD seeks public’s help

The suspects have not been identified, and no arrests have been made.

The NYPD is asking anyone with information about the robbery or the identities of the suspects to contact Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or by sending a direct message to @NYPDTips on social media. The investigation remains ongoing.
