Motorcycle Crash in Clayton Under Investigation

Clayton, DE – The Delaware State Police is investigating a motorcycle crash in Clayton that resulted in the death of 51-year-old Henry Mast from Camden Wyoming, Delaware. The incident occurred on Sunday.

On November 24 at around 11:24 a.m., a 2007 Harley-Davidson motorcycle was traveling northwest on Shaws Corner Road near Seeneytown Road. The motorcycle went off the road while navigating a sharp curve, stopping at a grass embankment.

The motorcyclist, Henry Mast, was taken to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. His family and relatives were informed.

The road was closed for about three hours as authorities investigated the crash. The Delaware State Police Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit is seeking any witnesses to come forward with information by contacting Master Corporal W. Booth at (302) 698-8451.
