New Jersey Lottery unveils six new games and sweepstakes for February
TRENTON, NJ — Lottery players in the Garden State will have new chances to win big next month, as the New Jersey Lottery rolls out four new Scratch-Off tickets, two Fast Play Progressive games, and a lineup of social media sweepstakes.
The February launch includes four Scratch-Offs ranging in price from $2 to $20. At the top of the lineup is the $20 “100X” ticket, offering three top prizes of $1 million. Other new options include the $2 “10X” with four $20,000 top prizes, the $5 “20X” with three $200,000 top prizes, and the $10 “50X” offering three chances at $500,000.
Two new Fast Play Progressive games will also debut: the $5 “Lucky Look,” which awards 50% of the rolling jackpot, and the $20 “MaxWin!,” which grants 100% of the full progressive pot. Each Fast Play Progressive ticket contributes to a single growing jackpot, with payout percentages tied to the ticket’s price. Games priced at $10 and up earn the full jackpot, while $5 and lower tickets win a proportioned amount.
Alongside the game launches, the Lottery announced four social media sweepstakes set to run across Facebook and Instagram throughout February. Each event will give five verified winners a chance to claim $50 worth of Scratch-Off tickets by responding to prompts posted between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the designated dates.
Two sweepstakes will run on Facebook, including a Spanish-language edition on Wednesday, February 23. The remaining two contests will take place on Instagram on February 9 and February 16.
Since its launch in 1970, the New Jersey Lottery has generated nearly $34.7 billion for the state, with profits currently funding the public employee pension system under a long-term agreement signed into law in 2017.
