MOUNT LAUREL TOWNSHIP, NJ – The New Jersey State Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man involved in a recent theft incident. The theft occurred at a food court in the James Cooper Service Area on the New Jersey Turnpike, located in Mount Laurel Township, Burlington County.

On Sunday, December 24, 2023, around 12:00 PM, the suspect, as described by the State Police, entered the food court and allegedly stole a purse left unattended on a table. After taking the purse, the man left the service area.

The New Jersey State Police have released an image of the male suspect and are seeking assistance from the public to identify him. Anyone with information that could lead to the identification of this individual is encouraged to contact the Troop “D” Moorestown Station Detective Bureau at 609-860-9000, extension 3226.
