NEW ROCHELLE, NY – Lidio Garcia was arrested late Wednesday night for his involvement in disturbing incidents at a New Rochelle residence, New Rochelle Police Captain J. Collins Coyne reported. The arrest occurred just after 10:45 p.m. on April 10, following events that unfolded at a Mayflower Avenue home, primarily occupied by college students.

Garcia allegedly attempted to enter the home on two separate occasions. During one encounter, after being confronted by the residents, he exposed himself before fleeing the scene. Subsequent police investigation and detective work led to Garcia’s apprehension.

He faces charges of public lewdness and trespassing.
