Jesscia Blair, 35, was reported missing on Friday, November 14, and was last observed in the 600 block of Irving Turner Boulevard, according to Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr. Police said no clothing description was available at the time of the report.

Blair is described as African American, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and 140 pounds. Police have not indicated any known direction of travel or recent activity and did not release further details regarding the circumstances of her disappearance.
