Newark police seek public’s help in locating missing 13-year-old girl

NEWARK, N.J. — Newark authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 13-year-old girl who was reported missing earlier this week. Khalani Madison Gray, a Newark resident, was last seen on the morning of Wednesday, November 6, around 8:15 a.m. near the intersection of Custer Avenue and Peshine Avenue, according to Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé.

Khalani is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. She was last seen wearing a gray North Face jacket, a black shirt, and khaki pants.

Director Fragé has urged anyone with information about Khalani’s whereabouts to contact the Newark Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All tips are confidential, and information leading to her location may be eligible for a reward.
