New Jersey Lottery player wins $590K Quick Draw jackpot from Gloucester County bar ticket

WOODBURY, NJ – A Quick Draw ticket purchased at a Gloucester County bar has delivered a massive payday for one lucky New Jersey Lottery player, who claimed $590,170 after matching all nine jackpot numbers in Tuesday’s drawing.

The winning ticket was bought at Southwood Bar, located at 795 Mantua Pike in Woodbury, and scored 50% of the Quick Draw Progressive Jackpot, based on the amount wagered.

Quick Draw tickets feature a unique progressive jackpot feature that prints a randomly generated set of nine “Jackpot Numbers” at the bottom of each ticket. If all nine numbers match in one of the eligible drawings, the player wins a percentage of the jackpot depending on the wager per draw — with a $10 or more wager qualifying for 100% of the jackpot.

The unidentified player’s ticket was worth over half a million dollars, and the New Jersey Lottery confirmed the total prize awarded was $590,170. The jackpot has since climbed to over $593,000, continuing to grow with each draw.

Quick Draw is available at Lottery retailers statewide and is one of the fastest ways to win, with drawings taking place every four minutes.

Southwood Bar will receive a retailer bonus for selling the winning ticket.
