North Brunswick driver arrested on DWI charge in Wall Township

Police say an early morning traffic stop led to an impaired driving arrest on Route 35

WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. — A Middlesex County man was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated following an early morning traffic stop in Wall Township.

According to police, Patrolman Julia Cutolo stopped a vehicle on State Highway 35 at approximately 1:34 a.m. Wednesday.

The driver, identified as Randy Pagan-Cocho, 24, of North Brunswick, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Police said he was processed and released in accordance with New Jersey’s John’s Law.

No injuries were reported.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
