September 26, 2024

NEW YORK – The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance identifying a man wanted for accosting a young girl on a New York City subway rain.

The NYPD reported that on Monday, September 23, at approximately 7:10 am, a 14-year-old female victim was aboard the southbound 6 train approaching 77th Street and Lexington Avenue train station when an unidentified individual pressed his groin area onto the victim’s buttocks without consent.

“The unidentified individual also grabbed the victim’s buttocks. The individual then fled on foot to parts unknown. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident,” the NYPD said.
