NEW YORK CITY, NY – On Wednesday, August 9, at approximately 4:40 am, a 54-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint in front of 299 East 206 Street.
The victim was approached by a group of five unidentified males who displayed a firearm and demanded his belongings.
The victim’s bookbag, Apple watch, and approximately $65 in cash were taken.
One of the suspects also struck the victim on the right side of his face as he attempted to get up. The suspects fled the scene on foot.
The suspects are described as five males, aged between 18 and 25. The New York City Police Department is actively investigating this case and asked anyone with information to come forward.
