NEW YORK, NY—The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted for a forcible touching incident on a northbound “A” train. The assault occurred within the confines of the 26 Precinct/ Transit District 3 on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at approximately 11:53 a.m.

The suspect reportedly initiated a conversation with a 15-year-old female before forcibly touching her over her clothing. The incident took place aboard the train, and the suspect was last observed exiting the subway station at West 125th Street and Saint Nicholas Avenue.

The suspect is described as a male, around 6 feet tall, weighing about 200 pounds, with a medium build and complexion. He was last seen wearing a gray tank top, camouflage shorts, brown sandals, and carrying a white plastic shopping bag.

The victim was not physically injured during the incident. Anyone with information about this individual or the event is urged to contact the NYPD to assist in the investigation.
