NEW YORK, NY – Detectives with the New York City Police Department are searching for a man who put on a disgusting public performance aboard a subway platform in Manhattan on Wednesday.
Detectives with the 30th Precinct are searching for a black male who approached a 59-year-old woman inside the 145th Street subway station at around 10:30 am.
He then exposed his genitals and began masturbating in public view, in front of the woman.
He fled the scene before police arrived.
