Ocean City Traffic Update: Lanes Reopened Following Collision

OCEAN CITY, MD – The Ocean City Police Department has announced that all southbound lanes at 26th Street and Philadelphia Avenue have been fully reopened as of 11:44 PM on July 28, 2024. The lanes were previously restricted due to a three-vehicle collision that caused significant traffic delays.

Motorists were advised to expect delays and use alternative routes such as Baltimore Avenue while the area was cleared. The police have now confirmed that normal traffic flow has resumed and thank the community for their patience during the cleanup and investigation.

Travelers are encouraged to stay informed on current road conditions and any further updates from local authorities.
