OCALA, FL — Victor Aguilar, a 32-year-old Orlando resident, was sentenced to 12 years and 6 months in federal prison by Senior United States District Judge Gregory A. Presnell. Aguilar’s conviction follows his October 13, 2023 guilty plea for attempting to entice a minor into sexual activity.
The case unfolded in May 2023, when Aguilar responded to a social media post by an undercover officer impersonating a 15-year-old child.
