December 21, 2021

PANAMA CITY, FL – A 42-year-old man is charged with having sex with a minor in a department store dressing room.

The Panama City Police Department was called to a local department store on Dec. 17 to stand by as an employee was terminated and escorted off the property. Officers met a confrontational Kendel Glover, B/M, 42, who shouted profanity at officers during the course of leaving the property.

With the assistance of the U.S. Marshal’s Service, detectives with PCPD learned that Glover had engaged in sexual intercourse with a minor in a dressing room at his place of employment in August.

Through their investigation, detectives were able to charge Glover with unlawful sexual activity with a minor and he was booked into the Bay County Jail.
