SHINGLEHOUSE, PA — A Pennsylvania Lottery player is holding a ticket worth $1 million after a winning Scratch-Off was sold at a Kwik Fill in Potter County.
According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, the winning Triple Red 777 Scratch-Off ticket was sold at Kwik Fill, 109 North Oswayo St., in Shinglehouse.
The retailer will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
Triple Red 777 is a $30 Scratch-Off game featuring top prizes of $1 million.
Lottery officials reminded players that Scratch-Off prizes expire one year from the game’s end-sale date. Winners should sign the back of their ticket immediately and contact the Pennsylvania Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 to begin the claims process.
The Pennsylvania Lottery said Scratch-Off tickets are distributed randomly, meaning neither the Lottery nor retailers know where winning tickets will be sold until a prize has been claimed.
