PHILADELPHIA, PA –
The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Alfeda Miller-Horn. Alfeda was last seen on the 16xx block of Thompson St, on Sunday August 28, 2022, at 8:00pm.
Alfeda is 75 years old, 5’6 120lbs. and was last seen wearing a pink t-shirt, black tights with a white strip, black sandals, and a multicolored head wrap.
