PHILADELPHIA, PA – On Monday January 31, 2022, at approximately 7:24AM the victim, a 54-year-old-female, was taking money out of the ATM at the Wells Fargo located at 400 Spring Garden St. When she took the money from the machine an unknown white male grabbed her from behind demanding her money and phone. When the victim refused the suspect left the area and was last seen walking north. Nothing taken and no injuries were reported during this incident.
