The suspect, a heavy-set black female with long dreadlocks, reportedly fired the shot. She was seen fleeing the scene, last spotted running toward the 4000 block of Lansing Street. The suspect was wearing a black sweatshirt adorned with a large front graphic, light blue jeans, and black shoes with white soles.
