PHILADELPHIA, PA—The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in finding Curtis Kelly, a 15-year-old boy reported missing since July 28. Curtis was last seen by his mother as he departed their home on Wyalusing Avenue.

Described as standing 5’10” tall and weighing 135 pounds, Curtis’s current whereabouts are unknown, prompting concern and a call for community assistance.
