Police hunt duo after knifepoint robbery near BWI corridor

Pair of suspects sought after midday robbery in Linthicum Heights

LINTHICUM HEIGHTS, Md. – Police are searching for two men who robbed a pedestrian at knifepoint Wednesday afternoon along West Nursery Road, investigators said.

The 32-year-old victim told officers he was walking around 12:10 p.m. when two men approached and demanded his belongings. When he resisted, one suspect threatened to stab him, forcing the victim to hand over his property.

Suspects at large

The suspects ran from the scene before police arrived. Both are described as Black males—one wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue pants, the other a black hooded jacket and black pants.

Police investigation

Officers from the Northern District searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects. Detectives are asking anyone with information to call 410-222-6135 or contact the Anne Arundel County Police Tip Line at 410-222-4700. Callers may remain anonymous.
