VERO BEACH, FL –  The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Joann Hardin. Joann was last seen on December 9, 2020, at 3:30 PM in the 8700 block of 100th Av, Vero Beach. She is described as 5’06” tall, 180-200 lbs, brown hair and eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, black leggings and no shoes. There are no known medical conditions.
