Police search for Bronx woman who fled with 9 month old baby during visit

BRONX, NY – The NYPD is asking for the public’s help locating a 9-month-old girl and a 29-year-old woman sought in connection with a custodial interference case that unfolded Friday evening in the Bronx.

Authorities said the incident occurred around 6 p.m. at a residence on Bryant Avenue, within the 42nd Precinct. According to investigators, Alexandria Quinones, 29, visited 9-month-old Luveiya Williams at the home before fleeing the location with the infant.

Luveiya is described as a female with brown eyes and a light complexion. Quinones is described as a female with a medium complexion and black hair and was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket.

Both are believed to have ties to the Bronx area. Police have released images of Quinones and the child and are urging anyone with information to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline.
