Paramus, NJ – Police are searching for a 28-year-old man who vanished after being seen in Hackensack earlier this week.
Authorities say Sean Gately was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and black-and-white Nike sneakers.
Gately, who stands 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds, reportedly does not have access to a vehicle.
The Paramus Police Department issued the missing person alert and is asking for the public’s help in locating him.
Last seen in Hackensack area
Investigators did not specify the exact time or location of his disappearance but said Gately was last observed somewhere within the Hackensack area.
Police believe he may still be on foot and could be traveling between nearby towns in Bergen County.
