Police searching for Philadelphia arsonist

On October 13, 2021, at approximately 2:24 AM, an unknown male lit debris on fire on the 7xx block of W Cumberland Street causing damage to the property. The fire department arrived on location and was extinguished without further damages. No injuries were reported.
